Techniche is the Annual Techno-Management festival of IIT
Guwahati. I did some graphic design work in Techniche 12. I helped in making
some posters for the same. These are shown below-
Twist to win is a Rubik’s cube competition. So for the making
of its poster, we used a image of Rubik’s cube in the background. And in the
front the text is put so that It is perfectly aligned. All the text is put in a
perfect box to look good. Everything right from the logo to the text of the
event is aligned properly. And the color used for the text is also matching
with the background and also looking good.

CSI is a detective event. So the poster is also designed in the same manner. The background is shown like a murder mystery scene with police ropes, blood spots, diagram of dead man etc. While in the foreground the text used is like the one used in detective serials. Also it is taken to be white so that it shines out from the rest of background. Also all the text and the logos are aligned properly in one line.

Easel is a competition of bridge making with the use of sticks. The background has been given quite pleasant with a little gradient. And in front the bridge is shown to depict the theme of the event. Also the name of the competition and description has been placed appropriately. Also the names of the organizers and the logos have been put appropriately. The color scheme has been chosen so that the whole poster looks attractive and pleasant.
